Advance child school
PFSTF is responsible for the Society from the Birth time. As per the vision of the
organization PFSTF already operated advanced child school since 2003 in rural area
for the development of backward classes. At first we started education journey with
100+ tribal students “ SHRIMA SHRAM SUATA JAMTARA SIKSHALAYA” at Aushgram
II,Suata,jamtara,Burdawan.Afterthat we started another Education journey with the
name of “SHRIMAA SIKSHA SADAN” an advance school at hatia,labpur,Birbhum.Hatia
is the village where the focused community is Muslim, except Muslim the ST,SC and
OBC is also the focused community of the area. Mainly the poor and the lower middle
class family has covered this area. They are not conscious about the education of their
children. But SHRIMAA SIKSHA SADAN has achieved a great success in this area. The
People of this area are fully motivated to sent their children in SHRIMAA SIKSHA
SADAN for the Education. The Student of S.S.S already kept a great Impression in the
area. They are computer friendly. They operated computer very smoothly. Not only is
that, the student of S.S.S performing in reality show. In School, primary level student
faced the internet world in computer. The glorious performance of S.S.S has spread
out its wings and already three schools are going on very successfully in Labpur Block
by promoting advance education. S.S.S, the advanced primary school under technical
controlling of PFSTF has developed to fulfill the dream of poor and lower middle class
family. They have no objection about any curriculum of S.S.S. They Students are also
very enthuses and energetic to go to school every day. Monthly unit test, Parents meet,
half yearly and annual examination ,Computer knowledge test ,quiz contest, reality
show , regular and annual sports , visual coaching facilities , dress, punctuality
,discipline and after all the schooling atmosphere have upgrade the ability of the
student than other private school of urban area.
Through the formation of SHRIMAA SIKSHA SADAN Model Primary School in rural area
PFSTF is Success to employment generation. The younger generation of the area and the
unmarried women of the area have taken moral and sober position and financial stability
regarding their profession. They can able to collect information about model study
material by the support of internet world. For the huge success of S.S.S Model primary
PFSTF the nonprofit organization of HATIA , Birbhum have taken an initiative to develop
the model Primary school in coming secession in rural area for the educational
development of the Tribal ,Minority and backward class of the Society.

the idea in first time in the LABPUR Block of BIRBHUM District of WEST BENGAL
States .First time the organization have formed the women SHG Groups in 2022 and
2023 financial year. Many of the Groups have achieved now the second grade and
some of the Groups have achieved now the first grade. The groups are fully
independent now. Even the groups have taken many initiatives to upgrade their
standard of living. They already developed Many innovative plan .They want to
organized cottage industries by their own ability. It is great success in the scenario of
PFSTF. Because the women who were not agreed to form the SHG Groups. They are
determined now to change their life style. They have got the taste of income. They
were very happy to spread out their innovativeness and the members of the Groups
are faithful for the Organization.

Blood Donation Camp
Our Blood Donation Camps are organized in
collaboration with “MAROWARI SEVA SAMITI” and
blood banks in Hatia,labpur,birbhum. These camps aim
to:
 Ensure a steady supply of safe and voluntary
blood donations.
 Promote awareness about the importance of blood donation.
 Encourage youth and local communities to become regular donors.

 Hundreds of voluntary donors engaged.

Free Medical Check-Up Camp

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT THROUGH SKILL DEVELOPMENT
At PFSTF, we believe in empowering women with the skills they need to become economically
independent and self-reliant. One of our key initiatives is the Women Empowerment Program
focused on food processing and value addition. (Hatia,labpur,Birbhum)
Program Highlights:

Skill Training in:
 Spice Packing – Grinding, blending, and hygienic packaging of local spices for retail.
 Sauce Making – Preparation of tomato, chili, and other flavorful sauces using traditional and
modern techniques.
 Jam & Jelly Making – Crafting high-quality fruit-based jams and jellies with a focus on
natural ingredients and shelf-life preservation.

Hands-on Workshops:
 Practical sessions conducted by industry experts and local food technologists.
 Focus on hygiene, safety standards, labeling, and packaging.

Entrepreneurship Support:
 Training in branding, marketing, and pricing.
 Assistance with forming self-help groups (SHGs) and connecting to local markets and
cooperatives.

Program Name: Batik Handcraft Women Empowerment Initiative
Organized by: PFSTF
Overview:
As part of our commitment to women’s empowerment and sustainable
livelihood, PFSTF has launched a skill development initiative focused on
traditional Batik handcraft. This program equips women—especially from
rural and underprivileged communities—with artistic skills that enable them to
become financially independent, creative, and confident contributors to their
families and society. The program organized in KOTASUR,MAYURESWAR
with help of “SEVA THRITHO ASHRAM”.
Objectives:
 To empower women through hands-on training in Batik fabric design and
production.
 To preserve and promote traditional handicraft as a sustainable income
generating activity.
 To support self-employment, small business development, and market
linkages for women artisans.
 To build confidence, leadership, and entrepreneurship among
participants.
Key Features:
 Skill Training Workshops led by expert artisans.
 Materials and Tools Provided during the learning phase.
 Awareness Sessions on financial literacy, marketing, and self-help group
(SHG) formation.
 Showcasing Events to promote the sale and exhibition of Batik products.
 Certification upon successful completion of training.

Tree Plantation Drive – Greening the Future
As part of our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability, PFSTF has launched a
large-scale Tree Plantation Program aimed at restoring ecological balance and combating
climate change. This initiative focuses on:
 Planting native tree species in rural and urban
areas.
 Engaging schoolchildren, youth volunteers, and
local communities.
 Promoting awareness about the importance of
green cover and biodiversity.
Impact:
Thousands of trees have already been planted across villages, roadsides, and community

Legal Awareness Camp
In Collaboration with “Birbhum Legal Aid” in Hatia,Birbhum
As part of our ongoing commitment to Justice and Social Empowerment, PFSTF proudly
organized a Legal Awareness Camp in collaboration with Birbhum Legal Aid.
Objective:
To educate citizens—especially marginalized and rural populations—about their legal rights,
available legal aid services, and the judicial processes that protect them.
Program Features:
 Interactive Sessions with legal experts and advocates.
 Awareness Talks on key legal topics such as:
o Women’s rights
o Land and property laws
o Consumer rights
o Protection against domestic violence
o Free legal aid services available from the government
 On-the-spot legal counseling for attendees.
 Distribution of pamphlets and booklets in local languages for better understanding.
